Investing in the future of health and wellness in Colorado County includes improving how you interact with us online.

Effective immediately, ALL electronic radiology results via the patient portal will be delayed 72 hours.  On rare occasions, radiology reports may contain findings such as malignancy (cancer).  This delay allows your provider to review and interpret the results before they appear in your online health portal or app. Our goal is to provide you with thoughtful, compassionate communication, especially when results may be complex or emotionally impactful.

This change complies with Senate Bill 922 relating to disclosure of certain medical information by electronic means. Click here for more information.

Columbus Community Hospital launched a new patient portal experience, which allows you to access a secure portal, set up a user account, request appointments, view and pay bills, and more. It’s all part of doing more for the patients we serve.

During the transition to the new system, you might experience issues. We appreciate your patience as we work to provide a better experience and expand the health and wellness of the entire region.

If you are interested in enrolling, provide your email address to registration at the time of your visit and you will be sent an invitation. You may also self-enroll here. You must have had at least one visit before September 16, 2024 to self-enroll.
