At Columbus Community Hospital we believe that total wellness is more than just caring for patients when they are sick. Our weight loss classes will provide Wellness Center members with the resources you need to build a healthier lifestyle. Led by a registered dietician, the Be Well weight loss program will include:

  • Weight loss planning
  • Check-ins with a dietician
  • Fitness coaching

  • Meal plan development
  • In-person classes in a group setting

The Be Well Program is led by Christina Little-Manley, M.S., R.D., L.D.
