Insurance Posting Clerk – Business Office
Insurance Posting Clerk is responsible for accurately posting insurance payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining records of insurance transactions. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial documentation and supporting the billing and accounting team. The Insurance Posting Clerk also provides support with additional tasks as assigned. The Insurance Posting Clerk must be able to extend the workday as needed during periods of high census or increased departmental workload. Assists with other tasks as assigned.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience: Previous experience in medical billing, insurance posting or accounts receivable is a high desirable
Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Receptionist – Columbus Medical Clinic
The receptionist receives and directs patients, visitors, physicians, and business associates by telephone communications as well as in person. Assists with patient referrals as needed. Sorts and distributes mail, posting any payments received by mail. Processes patient appointments
including scheduling, securing or creating chart, coding charge tickets, collecting fees and obtaining any necessary signatures.
Expectations: Must have excellent customer relations and telephone skills. Must be willing to learn and demonstrate CQI concepts. Must be willing to learn and demonstrate management skills required for the position. Must maintain high ethical standards and confidentiality of patient information. Reports to work at assigned times. Maintains appropriate appearance by adhering to the hospital dress code. Demonstrates initiative by willingness to assume unassigned duties. Willingly assists other staff members.
Education: High School graduate or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience with the public is preferred with emphasis on courtesy. Basic knowledge of medical terminology is desired. On-the-job training will be provided.
Radiologic Technologist (Night Shift)
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Radiologic Technologist to join our team for overnight coverage. This role is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and high-quality care during night shift operations.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program
- Current ARRT certification required
Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 6 On / 8 Off Rotation Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Medical Lab Technologist (MT or MLT Generalist)
The MT/MLT is responsible for performing tests, reporting and maintaining records of test results, and if the lab assistant is unavailable – specimen collection, handling & processing. Performs high complexity testing according to established procedures. Validates and report results of tests performed. Performs and documents Quality Control. Performs instrument and equipment maintenance according to policy and procedures. Maintains adequate stock of reagents and supplies. Participates in continuing education.
Education/Specialized Training/Licensure:
B.S.Degree in Medical Technology or related science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) or Associate Degree in Medical Technology/Clinical Laboratory Science or related science WITH ASCP Certification as Medical Technologist MT(ASCP).
Full-time with rotating weekend shifts
Pay will depend on experience
Registered Nurse ER
Night Shift 7pm – 7am
Valid Texas Registered Nurse License.
Current BLS certification.
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

The Billing Clerk is responsible for managing billing and collections processes for hospital and clinics, including insurance filing, patient charges, and payment follow-up. This role involves submitting claims to insurance companies as well as monitoring payment status. The Billing Clerk also provides support with additional tasks as assigned. Routine working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Billing Clerk must be able to extend the workday as needed during periods of high census or increased departmental workload.
Education- High School Diploma or equivalent required. Basic knowledge of insurance policies, CPT/ICD-10 codes and reimbursement process.
