Medical Technologist (MT or MLT) – PRN

  • Perform tests – hematology, coag, chemistry, immunology, urinalysis, etc.
  • Maintain records of results and documentation
  • Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment
  • Graduate from an approved school for Medical Laboratory Technicians
  • Good customer relations and high professional standards
  • Hours may vary

Phlebotomist (FT and PRN)

  • Perform venipunctures
  • Maintain records of results and documentation
  • Order and stock supplies
  • After training: perform urine testing and analyze blood samples
  • Completion of Certified Phlebotomy Training program
  • Good customer relations
  • Hours may vary

Registered Radiologic Technologist –Full Time and PRN

  • Registered Radiology Technologist
  • Licensed by the Texas Medical Board in good standing.
  • Experience n all radiological computed tomography and surgical procedures.
  • Experience working on Picture Archival Systems (PACs)
  • Experience working on Hospital Information Systems
  • Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks timely and effectively.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • PRN Weekends and Rotating shifts

Medical Assistant

  • Provides basic care to patients under the supervision of a Physician, Mid-Level Practitioner or Nurse
  • Direct non-invasive patient care
  • Provides patient care information
  • Documents in the patient records
  • Must have excellent communication skills and willing to learn
  • Full time, M-F, 8 am – 5 pm

Registered Nurse – ER

  • Full-time (Days and Nights)
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing.
  • Experienced RN with ED experience required.
  • RN with current licensure with the Texas State Board of Nurse Examiners; ACLS, PALS, TNCC, BLS, and CPR. Computer and software skills required.
  • 7 a.m. – 7 p.m., 3 days a week, every other weekend and holidays.

Registered Nurse – Med/Surg

  • Full-time (Days and Nights)
  • Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Experience RN with ED experience required; TNCC; ACLS; PALS, BLS, computer and software skills; communication skills.
  • 7 p.m. – 7 a.m. night shift (12 hours), including every other weekend and holidays.

Registered Nurse- OB

  • At least 3 years experience in labor and delivery, including the nursery. ACLS, PALS, NRP & fetal monitoring experience required
  • 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. shift, 3 days a week including every other weekend.
  • Registered Nurse- Night Nurse Manager
  • Previous nursing management skills, ability to communicate effectively, follow hospital policies and procedures, direct and develop staff, collaboration with physicians and members of the healthcare team. BLS, ACLS and PALS, NRP preferred.
  • Monday through Friday, 11 p.m. – 7 a.m. with alternating on-call on weekends shared with other nurse managers, hours may vary

Clinical Social Worker with an LCSW – Columbus Medical Clinic

  • Hours may vary
  • Ability to deal efficiently, ethically and courteously with all clients and hospital personnel in a confidential manner
  • Requires good communication, listening and telephone skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records
  • Meeting with client to access client’s behavior, history, condition, needs and create treatment strategies.
  • Provide services to patients and/or their families.
  • Diagnose psychological, behavioral and emotional disorders.
  • Develop and put treatment strategy in place.
  • Collaborate with doctors, other health professionals and support groups
  • Counseling individuals and families going through difficult situations
