Trauma Center

Columbus Community Hospital is staffed around the clock with highly-skilled nursing staff and physicians to provide excellent emergency care. As a designated Level IV Trauma Center, our teams undergo rigorous training and preparation to meet a high standard of care in trauma medicine.

Columbus Medical Clinic

The Columbus Medical Clinic is staffed by 7 physicians and two nurse practitioners with specialties in Family Medicine, Obstetrics and Gynecology. The clinic offers walk-in hours Monday – Friday from 7 a.m. to noon. Patients without an appointment who need a same-day visit, but not emergency care, can be seen by our clinic staff.

The Four Oaks Clinic offers one provider specializing in Family Medicine and a nurse practitioner.

We also offer telemedicine appointments for COVID-19 symptoms with drive-up testing available if ordered by providers. Contact us to make an appointment.
