Columbus Community Hospital is building excellence in our community.

Since our founding in 1950 as a 21-bed hospital, CCH has nearly doubled our inpatient bed capacity, and today, we have physicians capable of providing primary care, obstetrics and gynecology, surgery, ophthalmology, podiatry, cardiology and numerous other specialty services all right here at home.

Today, we are investing even more in our community’s health and wellness. We are updating and modernizing our labor and delivery units, expanding our emergency department and operating room capacity, and renovating aging infrastructure. Construction has begun on a new Wellness Center, a state-of-the-art facility that will offer expanded physical therapy resources, exercise equipment, cardiac rehabilitation services, pool, physician office space, and community education classrooms, including a demonstration kitchen. Later in 2021 and throughout 2022, clinic renovations will take place to add more exam rooms, parking, and other facilities to enhance and expand our primary and specialty care offerings.

Columbus Community Hospital is your health care provider. We exist to serve you.

“The pandemic has proven the value of having locally accessible health care. With CCH’s expansion, including a state-of-the-art Wellness Center, we will serve our community in new ways and position CCH as a rural hospital leader not just in Texas but nationwide as well. CCH has a vision for excellence and service that is truly exceptional.”
