Group Fitness Class Descriptions

  • AquaFit | Focus on high intensity moves for cardiovascular fitness. No swimming ability necessary – 45 min.

  • Arthritis H2o | Low impact water class is designed for members living with arthritis – 30 min.

  • Zumba Gold | Low impact dance class with fun moves to contemporary music -45 min.

  • Step | Low impact class that is instructed using a step bench. Great cardio work out! -45 min.

  • Pilates Fusion | A mat class done using Balls, Weights, Bands-30 mins.

  • Yoga | A mind & body class using traditional yoga poses that will increase flexibilty, stability & balance -50-60min

  • Muscle Magic | Focusing on balance and strength,performed with a chair- 30 min.

  • Total Body Tone | Works the entire body,using a variety of equipment – 30 min.

  • Gentle Yoga | Performed with a chair, focusing on flexibility, strength, stability & balance – 45 min.

  • Pilates | Focusing on stretch and tone the entire body using Balls,Weight & Bands- 45min
