This notice serves to notify all patients of Dr. Christian Freeman that his last day at Columbus Medical Clinic will be June 30, 2022.
We apologize for any disruption this may cause. Columbus Community Hospital is actively recruiting a pediatrician to fill in this vacancy. In the interim there are Family Medicine providers within the clinic who will gladly care for your children. Should you decide to seek treatment elsewhere you may contact our medical records department at 979-732-2318 to have records transferred.
