The conference includes free A1C screenings, presentations from cardiology health and wellness experts, a healthy lunch, and heart health resources to help you build and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Our keynote and guest speakers will cover a wide range of heart health topics, including health screenings, diet and exercise best practices, and much more.

The Columbus Community Hospital Heart Health Conference is designed to arm you with information and resources to help you maintain a healthy lifestyle. Conference speakers will share insights and practical steps for taking care of your heart, including nutrition, exercise, health screenings, and more!
Conference Schedule:
8:00 – 10:00 a.m. – Free Cholesterol Screenings and A1C Tests provided by Columbus Community Hospital and free healthy snacks by Healthcare Services
10 a.m. – 11:30 a.m. – Heart health experts discuss the importance of caring for your heart and share insights for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
