The conference includes free A1C screenings, presentations from diabetes health and wellness experts, a healthy lunch, and diabetic education and resources to help you build a healthy lifestyle with diabetes. Our keynote and guest speakers will cover a wide range of diabetes health topics, including prevention and management strategies, diet and exercise recommendations, and much more.
