Welcome back, Friends of CCH!

Welcome Back, Friends of CCH!

Friends of CCH relaunches April 5, 2023 at 10 a.m. in the Columbus Wellness Center Community Room.

Welcome back, Friends of CCH! We’re thrilled to reintroduce a 24-year tradition in the community, the Friends of CCH program, open to the public. Join us on the first Wednesday of each month for social activities, community engagement, and learn about health and wellness from CCH guest speakers!

The Friends of CCH event will be held Wednesday April 5, 2023 to kickoff National Nutrition Month. Our first Friends of CCH speaker is one of our nurse practitioners, Amanda Cernosek, who has a background in hospital, geriatric, and clinic medicine, and will be discussing the topic of nutrition. After the presentation, Amanda will be available for questions from the audience, and then attendees can join us for a round of bingo for a chance to win some healthy snacks.

  • WHO: Anyone can attend! Friends of CCH is open to the entire community, regardless of Columbus Wellness Center membership.

  • WHAT: Hear from our guest speaker, Amanda Cernosek, FNP-C about nutrition, and afterward play a round of bingo for a chance to win some healthy snacks.

  • WHEN: Wednesday April 5, 2023 at 10 a.m.
  • WHERE: Located in the Columbus Wellness Center Community Room – on the first floor of the Columbus Wellness Center at 107 Shult Drive.
