Conventional wisdom (and the data) show that more than half of New Year’s resolutions fail within the first three months.
Not anymore.

Our fully equipped gym features professional-grade fitness equipment and our wide variety of group fitness classes include everything from water aerobics to spin classes to high-intensity workouts and more.
Resolution 2: Eat better: Improving your diet and finding new ways to eat healthy can be a daunting task. The Columbus Wellness center offers guidance from a professional dietician, and programs like the Be Well program designed to help you eat healthier and lose weight in a supportive environment.
Resolution 3: Improve mental well-being: Regular exercise and a healthy diet have many benefits that go beyond the physical. Even low-impact activities like walking can boost your mood and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety.
