Columbus Community Hospital’s Be Well Program is a total wellness journey that will equip you with the tools you need to build a healthier future. The Be Well program incorporates nutrition, fitness, and wellness, so that anyone can build better habits for better health. The Be Well Program launches January 9th!
We believe that total wellness is more than simply receiving care when you are sick, and for Columbus Community Hospital and the Columbus Wellness Center, the Be Well program represents an important investment in our community’s total health, and we’re proud to be there every step of the way.
The Be Well Program is a three-month journey built around several key areas that work together to promote total wellness:
- Nutrition and meal plan development
- Weight loss planning
- Fitness coaching
- Weekly group meetings to build a support system
This program utilizes many of the features and resources of the new Columbus Wellness Center, including the fitness classrooms and coaching, weight loss and meal prep planning with the state-of-the-art demonstration kitchen, and access to a registered dietician. The weekly in-person meetings will give participants a support system as we move toward a healthier future, together.
Beginning January 9th, existing Wellness Center members can join the Be Well program and take the first step toward achieving your total health goals.
