Conventional wisdom (and the data) show that more than half of New Year’s resolutions fail within the first three months.
Not anymore.
The Columbus Wellness Center offers a wide range of health and wellness resources to help you achieve your goals and support you as you build healthy habits that last a lifetime.

Our certified personal trainers can create a customized fitness plan that fits your needs and schedule, encouraging and motivating you along the way. Our fully equipped gym features professional-grade fitness equipment and our wide variety of group fitness classes include everything from water aerobics to spin classes to high-intensity workouts and more.
Resolution 2: Eat better: Improving your diet and finding new ways to eat healthy can be a daunting task. The Columbus Wellness center offers guidance from a professional dietician, and programs like the Be Well program designed to help you eat healthier and lose weight in a supportive environment.
Resolution 3: Improve mental well-being: Regular exercise and a healthy diet have many benefits that go beyond the physical. Even low-impact activities like walking can boost your mood and reduce the risk of depression and anxiety. Additionally, group fitness classes and social groups like the Friends of CCH program offer ways to connect with your community and build relationships that enrich your life and offer encouragement for your health and wellness journey.
