Summer is almost gone, but it’s always the right time to get in the pool and get fit!
The Columbus Wellness Center’s Aqua Fit class is a full-body workout designed to build cardiovascular endurance. Using the Wellness Center’s indoor pool, our instructors create a welcoming and supportive group fitness environment where members of all skill levels can build and maintain a fitness routine that is easy on joints and delivers results.
“It was one of the best lifestyle changes I’ve ever made,” said Melvin Jones, Columbus Wellness Center member. “The water aerobics classes sold me on the Wellness Center, with its state-of-the-art equipment, pool, and clean facilities.”
With multiple class times throughout the week, Aqua Fit is the perfect way to get fit and stay cool this summer.
The Columbus Wellness Center is a state-of-the-art facility that offers physical therapy resources, exercise equipment, cardiac rehabilitation services, an indoor walking track, an indoor pool, and community education classrooms, including a demonstration kitchen.
