From the gym to the kitchen, members of every age and fitness level have access to the equipment and coaching they need to get healthy, all right here in Columbus.
Whether members enjoy working out on their own or with a group, the Columbus Community Hospital Wellness Center offers a wide variety of strength, cardio, and full-body training equipment and group fitness classes.
“We’re proud to have such a wide variety of fitness offerings,” said Columbus Wellness Center’s manager, Denise Moncrief. “We want to provide ways for every member of our community to build and maintain healthy lifestyle habits, without having to leave town.”
The Wellness Center features professional-grade Keiser weight equipment, cardio machines, and an indoor walking track. Group fitness classes include both high-intensity and low-impact workout options, with classes offered every weekday from 6:00am to 6:00pm.
The indoor pool hosts multiple water aerobics classes, and yoga, dance, and cycling classes round out a large selection of classes and workout experiences to choose from. The Wellness Center also features a large demonstration kitchen and a variety of programs, including the upcoming Be Well program, to help members achieve and maintain healthy dieting habits.
